Notifications
The bell at the bottom of the navigation carries a count of unread items. Opening it lists them newest first.
What you get told about
Section titled “What you get told about”Notifications concern things that happened without you watching: a job changing to a state you would want to know about, tokens being added to your account, and system notices.
A maintenance notice is written by a superadmin and shown to everyone in the system - planned downtime, a node being taken out, a version going out. These are not per-user and cannot be dismissed for everyone by one person dismissing them.
Reading and clearing
Section titled “Reading and clearing”Selecting an item marks it read and the unread count drops. Items can be dismissed once dealt with.
Whether notifications also arrive by email is a per-account setting - see Your account. It depends on the tenant having working SMTP settings; if mail never arrives from AiQu at all, that is the thing to suspect, and it is an administrator’s to fix.
