Signing in

User

There are three ways, and which one applies to you was decided by your tenant’s administrator.

You were invited. An administrator created the account and the system sent you an invitation link. Opening it lets you set a password, after which the account is active.

You registered against an open tenant. Some tenants allow open registration. You sign up, confirm your email address, and the account is created in that tenant.

You registered a new tenant. Signing up without an existing tenant creates one, with you as its administrator.

  1. Open your tenant’s AiQu address.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. You land on the Overview page.

Whether you also see admin or superadmin sections in the navigation depends on your account, not on anything you choose at sign-in. See Roles and permissions.

Some tenants use Microsoft sign-in instead of a password. If yours does, the sign-in page offers it and there is nothing else to configure.

Symptom What to do
Password rejected Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page. The reset link goes to your registered address.
“Session expired. Please log in again.” Normal. Sessions have a lifetime; sign in again.
The reset mail never arrives Check spam first. If it is genuinely missing, the tenant’s SMTP settings may be wrong - tell an administrator.
Account says inactive An administrator disabled it, or the invitation was never completed.
You are in the wrong tenant Accounts are per tenant. The same address can exist in two tenants as two separate accounts.

Sign out at the bottom of the navigation ends the session. It does not stop your jobs: a running job keeps running, and keeps spending tokens, until it finishes, expires or is cancelled.
