Report an Issue

On this page users can report issues. In the report the user can describe the issue, attach additional files and submit the report.

If the type is “support case” - it will automatically generate a support case and a technician will reach out to you.

If the type is “feature request” or “bug report” - the report will be submitted directly to the developers. Note that this will usually not generate a response, it is a one-way communication.
